236692) is an indigenous company founded
and incorporated in the year 1993 to carry out
the businesses of Equipment /Car Leasing,
Caterpillar Spares, Heavy Duty Engine Parts, Oil
Machinery Tools, Civil Engineering etc and has
grown in the business and now expanded its
operations. Due to her growth a sister company
Ferotex Construction Company Ltd (RC 652228),
was created and registered in 2006 which
specializes in Civil Engineering, Road
Construction.
Ferotex Construction Company Limited has
since its incorporation rendered various services
to her numerous clients including Enugu State,
Rivers State, and Akwa Ibom State
Governments, Federal Road Maintenance
Agency (FERMA), Niger Delta Development
Commission (NDDC), Total E&P Nigeria Limited,
Agip Nigeria Limited, Deawoo Nigeria Ltd,
Orascom – Tinapa, Shell Petroleum Nigeria Ltd,
